Our Story

Amanda and Eric first met during lunch at Union College. Amanda was friends with Joslyn, a mutual friend of Eric, and she was eating lunch with her on her first day at Union. Eric had also known Joslyn since his freshman orientation, so he came and sat with them, and that's when he met Amanda.

A few weeks later, Amanda and Eric started dating on September 7, 2018. On their wedding day they will have have been together for 3 years, 6 months, and 14 days.

In 2019, Eric planned a surprise trip to visit Amanda in Arizona and propose to her! Amanda was home for summer vacation so she had no idea he was coming. Amanda's sister, Ryan, convinced her to dress up, put makeup on and get her nails done for what Amanda thought was a sister date. When Amanda started coming down the stairs, she instead found Eric waiting for her.
